Not as advertised, and all 20 bags smashed to bits

These were sold as the crunchy lamb formula, which have recently been discontinued and replaced with lamb and chicken. I saw them listed as just lamb in both the description and picture so I loaded up the cart and bought them. Naturally, the new and improved (to everyone except my dog) version is what arrived. 20 bags of these things crammed into a box they just barely fit in. I haven't found a bag yet with more than maybe 2 intact disks inside - they're all just crumbs. Maybe it's the new formula, maybe the packaging, I don't know, but these were a big disappointment.
