Excellent Topical Eye Supplement
July 24, 2017
This was prescribed by a veterinary ophthalmologist for my diabetic dog. Rich in antioxidants and lubricants, she enjoys receiving it several times a day. I believe the product itself is excellent, however the tube delivery leaves something to be desired - lots of air buildup - thus it requires repetitive shaking prior to application.

Works in combination with steroids
October 21, 2016
Tiger, our cat got an upper respiratory infection and it evolved into an autoimmune disease that was leaving pock marks on his eye lenses. He was on antibiotics for a month to be sure the infection was gone, then our vet had us switch to alternating daily between steroids and this optixcare. Tiger's eyes are now about 95% clear, which is way better than the Vet advised us he'd be able to get. The vet also recommended that we have Tiger take Lysine treats daily to prevent another flare up.
