DECHRA Malacetic HC Wipes (25 ct)

It’s always a bummer when you place a large order of supplies for your pet and only receive a partial shipment initially. Entirely Pets has a large selection of products I use for my highly sensitive fur baby at great prices (especially when there are promotions). I ordered 2 containers of the Dechra MalAcetic HC wipes with my original order and I never received them. They are almost impossible to find right now. I followed up with a phone call to customer service and was told that they were on back order and they would ship them as soon as they received them. I made a note on my calendar to follow up in another several weeks. They are still on backorder...which is a bummer. So, second call to customer service and I actually spoke to a general manager, Bob Singh, who was answering the phones because of the current state of workplaces and COVID-19. He went to the warehouse to check himself, thinking they may have come in a shipment that day. Nothing. He offered me an alternative, but I have some of the Dechra wipes that have the ketoconazal in them. I like the HC wipes because they seem milder having hydrocortisone as the active ingredient. Bob made sure that I was compensated for the products I never received and demonstrated a level of customer service that I feel in this day and digital age is a dying art. Once a company gives me that personal attention and makes sure that I am satisfied before hanging up the phone...that’s a company I recommend to friends and family as well as return as a customer for life. Keep up the great work Bob!

My dog has sensitive skin and had a mild infection associated with some folliculitis around her nose and mouth. Turned out sharing a bowl of water with my dad's much larger dog was the cause (too much moisture around snout) and these pads worked great. In hindsight, I would have not administered the optional prednisone and just used these pads. When I needed to replace them, I found them here at a much better price and ordered several containers.

Our dog was having skin issues and these were prescribed to us by the vet. They charged us $25 for 1. We got them on this website 4 for $45 including shipping! They work well and have cleared up his skin.

I like these wipes. My female westie had som skin issues on her lips.The wipes helped with that.

My Shepherd has been licking and chewing on her paws for some time, tried a lot of different creams, sprays and salves, not much result, then I decided to order the Dechra Wipes, they are terrific, they stopped the licking and chewing almost immediately and kept it that way for quite awhile, I will definitely buy this product again, it works great.

Wipes are good for cleaning and soothing skin areas that itch. the container is also convenient to take with you.

Unfortunately, I've been told that the wipes are no longer available in this form. that's why I ordered 15.

I've been taking my chihuahua to the vet for the past 2 years for shots, special shampoo, medicine, etc....for "allergies" as the vet called it causing what looks like hot spots at different times throughout the year.
