Received the product from a prior order just fine and she loves it.
On the other hand, ordering directly from the company is not something I will ever do again. I have ordered directly before with zero problems.
I placed another order recently and promptly received an email telling me that I had to go to my bank and add my PO box (where I have my statements mailed for security purposes) added to the account or they would not ship. I also noticed that my CC had been charged for the order. I emailed Entirely Pets and told them to cancel the order, which they did and deleted the charge.
They have lost a direct customer of several years, as I will not do business with them directly again. Perhaps thru Amazon, but only if I can't find another supplier.
Who knows why this happened or whether it will (or has) happened to other customers? Very disappointed.

My cat still loves these fish flakes, but I miss the old packaging. He likes the nice big flakes, and with the new pouch the flakes get crunched up a lot more then they did when they were packed in a plastic tub. This means there is a lot more waste product that he won't eat.

My cat loves these flakes! He likes them better than Kitty Kaviar. The Kitty Kusine flakes are the larger flakes although in recent shipments they seemed a bit more grounded up. Still a really great treat for your cat!

Fish Flakes or Fish Crumbs?

My four cats love the taste of Kitty Kuisine Fish Flakes...so I buy three containers at a time. However, I have been disappointed of late with the amount of crumbs, rather than flakes, in each container. Is it possible this is due to the manner in which the containers are packed for shipping? (Standard ground). There is never any packing material in the box to cushion the containers. My latest purchase had one of the containers cracked and a piece of the plastic had been broken out..

2 years ago I clicker-trained my 2 cats to do tricks like sit-up, stand on their hind legs, shake hands, etc. But, being cats, they aren't always in the mood to do the tricks. However, they love these fish flakes so much that they will do tricks for them even if they have just eaten their main meal of the day. A great (and very motivating) treat.

My cat, Clara, adores Kitty Kuisine. If I ever wanted to train her to do tricks, I'd use this as the reward because she will do almost anything to get this treat. It is a bit on the spendy side, but it's almost weightless and a little bit goes a long way. All four of Clara's paws are up for this one.
