Vectra for Cats & Kittens over 9 lbs - 3 Doses
No matter where in the country you happen to live, fleas are working overtime on biting your cat, and trying to infest your home. Vectra for Cats and Kittens is a once-a-month topical treatment for use on cats against all flea life stages (eggs, larvae, pupae and adult fleas).
Fast-acting - kills fleas in 6 hours.
Kills by contact, fleas do not have to bite.
Quick-drying and non-greasy.
Kills fleas that may transmit disease including bartonellosis, tapeworm & tularemia.
Kills fleas that may cause flea allergy dermatitis (FAD) and anemia.
Controls development of all flea stages for 1 month.
Controls and stops flea infestation and prevents re-infestation.
Can be used on cats as young as 8 weeks of age.
Convenient topical treatment with patented applicator.

Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage and disposal.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from freezing.
Disposal
If empty, do not reuse the container. Place in trash or offer for recycling if available. If partially filled, call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions. Never place unused products down any indoor or outdoor drain.

How To Apply:
- Remove applicator from package.
- The cat should be standing or in a comfortable position for easy application.
- Remove a tube and applicator from the package. Holding the tube (applicator) upright, pointing away from face place thumb and index finger around the applicator tip under the large disk. With other hand, grasp the stem of the applicator tip above small disk. Press down firmly on small disk until both disks meet, piercing the seal. (See Illustration)
- Part the hair down to the level of the skin and slowly apply the product at the base of the cat's (and/or kitten's) neck until the tube is completely empty, as shown in the diagram below. Avoid superficial application to the cat/kitten's hair.
- Discard empty tube as outlined in Storage and Disposal.
- Repeat once a month or as recommended by your veterinarian.
- For optimum treatment, control and prevention of adult fleas, flea eggs, flea larvae and flea pupae, year-round treatment is recommended.

Vet Recommended Vectra delivered SO QUICKLY

Vectra was recommended to me by a Vet's office for a feral cat I'm caring for whose fur was falling out. Fleas seem to have been the problem as her fur looks to be growing back. There is definitely no new bald spots appearing (and she had a few balding patches).

We were introduced to Vectra by our Vet, but (bless their hearts) they charge 1.5 times as much. Entirely Pets is way easier on the wallet! Vectra is easy to apply, even for our skittish little boy, and works great.

Have been using this for years for my allergic dog. Apparently it has less ingredients to cause an allergic reaction so my vet prescribed this product. After using frontline and all the other well known flea medications, the fleas became resistant. This product works fast.

This was so much better than all the other Flea products we have tried. It is also GREAT you have 6 doses instead of the normal 3 to 4. Love this product!! All The cats seem to do better with this one.

During a 1,000 car journey to Florida, my two indoor cats stayed in a pet-friendly motel where they picked up fleas, and eventually were infested with them. Two rooms in my house had them, as well. Using Vectra, as directed, along with combing my cats, got rid of the fleas. Most were gone within a month, but it took a three-month duration for the entire cycle to be broken. I did not have to use sprays or "bomb" the house with clouds of chemicals. Vectra for cats worked very effectively. I continue to use the product each month.

We really had a bad summer with fleas. It took me 4 Months to get rid of them. Nasty creatures. I tried BioSpot initially, when I first found the fleas on my 2 cats, DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I called my Vet to,see what they recommended and they told me Vectra. I got my first batch and was amazed at how the fleas just fell off the cats. It took a couple of doses to finally get rid of them BUT It also has a lot to do with the environment. Vacuuming and flea combing is key until the life cycle of the remaining fleas are done.

I BUY VECTRA EVERY MONTH FOR MY 3 CATS AND IT IS WONDERFUL. I HAD A FLEA PROBLEM CAUSED BY NEW NEIGHBORS THAT QUICKLY SPREAD FROM MY DOGS TO MY CATS AND WHEN I STARTED USING THIS PRODUCT ALONG WITH MUCH CLEANING THE PROBLEM IS GONE. After years of treating cats with Frontline Plus and having the fleas return before the next dose was due, I discovered Vectra. Everything about this product is great. The cap is easily pushed to open the dose and then it parts the hair so the product gets on the skin. And talk about effective, within an hour I saw no active fleas! Will sing the praises of this product from the rafters!

This works better than Advantage or Frontline. But there is more liquid and I am not sure if I am getting it all on correctly. I do see fleas after a few weeks, before next dose is due.

I wasted a lot of money, I rescue cats and one got though with fleas, I am still battling them and finding other ways taking a lot of work but I wont waste my time with this defective product. I have to give one star.

I found this item accidentally and so glad I did. It doesn't seem to make the cats feel sick the way Advantage does. My cats would lie around for 2 days with Advantage. Whereas with Vectra the cats don't seem to have any negative reaction. I noticed one didn't like it on his skin but I am not sure if the feeling of something there is the cause or if it hurt him in any way. My guess is the former-he just didn't like anything there. I highly recommend this product. It works to expectation and kills the fleas quickly.

I have been using another flea product over the last several years and have noticed fleas getting established before the month had ended. I decided to use another product and read some about Vectra. I ordered enough to do all the cats we have and have been very pleased. Within a couple of hours there were no fleas and so far I have seen no sign of any! Very easy to use and you do not have to have scissors to open the packages!
