Quick Customer Service

Shaun was very quick to answer any concerns I had with my vaccines arriving in good condition and I was able to confirm the vaccines were good and temperature remained within reason. Shaun even checked with the pharmacist on staff and manufacturer. I was able to independently confirm with my veterinary office. They shipped overnight via FedEx. Definitely recommend calling over emailing with any concerns as they are not answering emails.

Damaged vaccines and horrible customer service

The vaccines arrived improperly packaged and completely warm, rendering them unusable. Customer service did not respond to emails for a week, hung up on multiple calls, and refused to take responsibility for the issue. I recommend considering a different seller if you don’t want to lose money.
