Description
ProMeris™ for Cats 9 lbs and over is a topical, spot-on medication for the effective control of existing flea infestations and prevention of re-infestations in cats and kittens 8 weeks and older. It is a perfect solution for cats 9 lbs and over. ProMeris for cats contains the active ingredient metaflumizone, a new compound proven to control fleas. Its new mode of action attacks fleas' nervous system by blocking voltage dependent sodium channels, which results in paralysis and death of the flea. Each package contains 6 applicators (0.054 fl.oz. each).

Directions for Use: For control of fleas, apply the entire contents of the applicator to a single spot on the skin of the cat below the back of the head. Do NOT apply on the surfaces of cat's hair coat. Avoid contact with treated area until dry. Avoid allowing the product to come in contact with your skin. Monthly application is recommended for effective control of fleas and to precent reinfestation where there is a high risk of reinfestation or if the cat is susceptible to flea allergy dermatitis.

Love this product. This has worked better than anything else we have tried. We are a multi cat, multi animal house and this actually worked. It lasted longer than 2 weeks like most others. It actually worked for over 5 weeks.

Started this on my "babes",7cats, back in 2008 and here in no.east Florida where I live this is the best product by far, we wouldn't trade for another.You see I don't have lush,thick grass as I live in the country and have lots of sand where fleas like to burrow and cats like to roll in.When I found this from my Vet I rejoyced untill she could no longer get it in 2010. Then I hit the internet and i've had to buy there since. I believe in this product...I wish everyone could go to there Vet or OTC and buy ProMeris and if not then YOU keep on selling. My"babes"do fine on this an have for years-even one who just passed at 23yrs old- I recommend it for every cat in need of flea control. Keep making,,so we all can keep buying. sincerely,,,Tigg

Non Irritating Flea Protection

We use Pro Meris on our tuxcedo cat because every other luquid flea protection irritates her skin. Pro Meris gives excellent month long protection with no side effects.
