Story Pixel came and joined our family last November. She had been in the shelter since July when she was found in the desert, dehydrated and guarding the body of a deceased canine companion. We are completely baffled that someone could abandon this sweet, fun-loving spirit. She will do just about anything for someone to throw a tennis ball.
