Natural Balance Cat Food can be fed once a day, twice a day or free choice. Remember, food intake requirement may vary depending on age, activity, and environment, and should be adjusted accordingly. When switching your cat's diet, we recommend that it be done gradually over a 5-7 day period.
Kittens should be fed free choice to promote healthy growth and adequate weight gain.
To encourage consumption, newly weaned kittens can be offered food moistened with warm water.
Gestating and lactating queens will consume more, up to 4 times the adult requirement per day fed in multiple feedings per day. Keep fresh water available.
