Ordered a full lengh perch for my macaw, dragon wood 48"x2". Came in 2 days later than promised, the customer service department couldn't even track there own order past what basic tracking says. Perch is wrong size and had to install at an angle to fit, it's closer to 50" not 48" and it's also maybe 2" circumstance at the widest point not diameter. Overall not happy but need somethinf in his cage while i pay to replace from somewhere else.
