A local rescue shelter put a notice on Facebook about her. All the info given was her name and that she was 5 & 1/2 yrs old. No reason as to why she was being given up to the city pound. She was to be put down the very next day if no one claimed her.
I just jumped on that message immediately. I was thrilled to find out that we were the ones to save her. Chloe never acts like she is 6 yrs, more like 3. She tears through the house looking for me if she can't at first. She is a Snuggle buddy. Everyone who meets her, smiles with the wagging tail.
Chloe = mood changed. Every morning after she gets out of bed, she stretches. My husband stops what he is doing to tell her to make sure her toes get stretched. She is a proud eater too. When she eats a dog biscuit, she looks at you and chews.
She loves chewing on these hard bones, so much that we make sure the bones are gonna be where she is going to be. When we get home from work, she makes at least 3 circles in the kitchen showing us her bone. Instant smile and the day is all better.
Chloe is well loved and completes us. |
