Banana Carob Pupcakes Recipe for Dogs

Banana Carob Pupcakes Recipe (makes 36 mini muffins)

Ingredients:
- 3 medium bananas
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup carob chips
Preparation Instructions:
- Stir together the wet ingredients in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the carob chips.
- Divide the batter evenly between 12 greased muffin cups.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until done (insert a tootpick into the middle to check)
- Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before gently removing and placing on a cooling rack until completely cool.
These will last in an airtight container at room temperature for 4-5 days.
