Very Cute!

It is a very cute harness. The green on the trim is quite bright though. Fortunately the gift recipient's owner loved the green. The part that fits around the head/neck is not adjustable and slides over the head to put on. The body strap is adjustable. Make sure to get the right size. (Can't really help in that area.)
