Neck: Measure the circumference of pet's neck for a snug fit. No need to add inches as you would with a collar.

Mermaid costume

This costume is adorable! My dog usually wears a medium and this medium fits but is a bit larger than usual. The Sebastian toy that comes with it is a nice extra for the dog. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the crown. I can balance it on the dogs head for pictures, but there really isn't any way for it to stay on.
