Our veterinarian suggested these for our fur babies. After having tooth decay we only give these for treats. We break them up and give twice a day.

Our 5 1/2 pound Toy Poodle loves these Hextra Chews. I break them in half and give him 1/2 every night, at bedtime. He starts lobbying for bedtime around 9:00-9:30 pm. When bedtime finally comes, he jumps up and down, spins around and barks until we put him up on the bed and give him the chew. We refer to them as "his reason for living treats".
